Classes are taught in an encouraging, supportive and caring environment. The classes are informal, friendly, and welcoming.
Classes are arranged in six-week blocks and payable in advance.
Group Classes £10 per class – 1 hour
Beginners Workshop – Small Group prices available on request.
Private Session ( Functional Integration)- £60.00 – 1 hour
